Blanche Skubic

CNM

Blanche Skubic has been Ruth’s back-up CNM for over 10 years, providing labor and birthing assistance when Ruth is not available. Blanche has worked with Ruth since 2010, sharing her CNM expertise at TBC when not working as a CNM at Sutter Davis Hospital. She is now mostly retired, but we are grateful that Blanche has the heart to bring her CNM experience to support healthy, natural births at The Birth Center.

Blanche began her nursing career in a Medical ICU, later moving into labor and delivery and eventually becoming both an NP and CNM. She has worked in numerous states and most recently spent 16 years as a CNM at Sutter Davis Hospital before “mostly retiring.”
